Agreement to Terms

By using our pool cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service with BlueSparkle Ventura Pool Services.

These terms apply to all services we provide, including weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us before booking.

Services Overview

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services throughout Ventura, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly and bi-weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time or deep cleaning services
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool equipment repairs and replacement
  • Filter cleaning and maintenance
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal

Service availability depends on your location and our current scheduling. We will confirm all service dates and times with you before beginning any work.

Scheduling and Access

When you schedule a service with us, you agree to provide access to your pool area during the scheduled time. If we cannot access your pool, we may need to reschedule, and standard fees may still apply.

You can cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer automatic billing options.

All prices are estimates based on the information you provide. If we discover additional work is needed, we will notify you before proceeding. You are not obligated to approve additional services.

Late payments may result in service suspension. If your account is past due, we reserve the right to discontinue service until payment is received.

Service Guarantees and Limitations

We stand behind our work and will address any service issues you report within 48 hours. However, pool maintenance results can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, equipment age, and water source quality.

We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment problems, pool structural issues, or damage caused by factors unrelated to our service. If we identify potential problems, we will notify you promptly.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide a safe working environment for our technicians. Please notify us of any hazards, aggressive pets, or special access requirements before your scheduled service.

We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. However, you remain responsible for maintaining your property in a reasonably safe condition.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
